Mary is a sparkly-shoe-wearing, throw-her-head-back-laughing, I-don’t-care-what-you-think type of girl. She’s tough, strong, and a total badass. James loves all of these things about her. He also loves her kind, loving, generous side. She loves his laid-back, confident, hysterical personality, the way he lets her fight her own battles but steps in when she needs him. The way he looks at her. The way he loves her and cherishes her. Even with the challenges in their lives, they laugh together every day. They are the hard-and-soft, yin-and-yang type of couple that I love. They are perfect compliments to each other.
