She laughs at his jokes, reels him in when he’s being too goofy (he wanted to do their engagement shoot in costumes), and looks at him like he’s the most beautiful person she’s ever seen. The chemistry between them is Oscar-worthy.
Rachelle and Eric met when his band was playing at a local restaurant and Rachelle was their waitress. He had his eye on her, and at the end of the night, he asked if she’d like to hang out some time. She said, “Sure,” and gave him her number. Now this lucky guy is going to have her as his wife.
After two and a half years of dating, which Eric says “isn’t long at all,” he took Rachelle to Disneyland. He was incredibly nervous and trying to figure out how to get her alone. “There were people everywhere.” In the cove of Cinderella’s castle, he found a corner where they could be alone, and asked Rachelle to marry him. She was completely taken by surprise, and she said yes. For her, Disneyland really is the happiest place on earth.
