We photographed Shoshana and Travis’s beautiful wedding back in 2013, so I was thrilled when they asked me to photograph their maternity session and their newborn session! We took advantage of that fleeting time in Modesto, when the almond blossoms pop and there is a blanket of white across the valley. That little pre-spring that only we have is incredibly beautiful.
I absolutely LOVE doing maternity sessions! Couples who are expecting are always beaming and happy (with a little wisp of terror). It’s a monumental time in a couple’s relationship they will never forget, thus an important one to capture. Many couples feel they can’t afford to do both a maternity session and a newborn session, so I’ve put together a package that includes both!
