Maybe she should hire a professional that can help ensure that everyone fits in her wedding photos.

They require a permit for every wedding photo shoot in the park. So even if you’re not having an official ceremony, you must get a permit. They do not give them out day of or week of. You must apply at least 2 weeks in advance.
