Yes, we absolutely will travel to do your photo shoot!
We are based in the Central Valley in Northern California, which is a great place to live because we are surrounded with a variety of fantastic, beautiful landscapes. We are within a two hour drive to the mountains, the ocean, San Francisco, and Napa.
I’ve had the pleasure of photographing several clients in some beautiful locations. My favorite place to shoot is the coast, and we have a great variety of beaches – Santa Cruz, Monterey, Half Moon Bay, San Francisco, depending on what kind of feel you would like. If you want a beachy/urban feel, there are great spots in San Francisco near the water that have the city skyline and/or the Golden Gate bridge in the background. If you want a more organic landscape, Santa Cruz beaches have some beautiful rock formations. Any of these beach locations are GREAT for Trash the Dress sessions.
If you’d like to do a photo session out of town, we will gladly accommodate your desires. We like to drive so our clients can sit back and relax, and being in the car together is a great opportunity to get to know each other better.
Regarding cost, travel fees are determined by where we are going, so that is something that we would have to quote for each specific request. If you’ve purchased one of our larger wedding packages, I usually wave the travel fee for the engagement session.
